I have two HBC full extract kits in my fridge that have been there for about 6 months. The temp is set to 3C. Should I replace the yeast when I brew these or will it be ok. Both have US-05 dried. Any advice appreciated.

Check the Use By date on the yeast
If the yeast has been stored at 3C, just use. If you are over-worried, you could re-hydrate as per the packet instructions and take a view on what it looks like., But I would be almost certain the yeast will be fine.
