How hot for a saison yeast

A week ago I bought the Belle Saison yeast from MM and laid down a beer with it
started at 1070 OG and 18 c kept raising the temp as instructions we are now 7 days later and at 27c
and its still going well with lots of bubbles
tested it 2 days ago and it was at 1015 I was wondering when to stop raising the temp
 
I've just posted an identical response to a very similar question, but the Westvleteren Trappist brewery ferments their beers at 28-29°C for primary. They use the same yeast as the Westmalle brewery, who ferment at 20°C.
