Has anyone advise if they have used S-33 for a Dubbel before?

I've faffed up my liquid starter and my brewing window is Friday, and won't be able to get anything sorted before then.

S-33 is the only possible yeast that I have. Reasearch suggest that the Fermentis write up on the yeast is a load of rubbish and that it appears to be the EDME strain - Bottom line is can I get away with using it?

Gonna give this a bump as I pitched a sachet into 20l this Sunday lunchtime.
OG was 1.046 and as of Monday evening it is down to 1.034 - not exactly as fast as the S-04 and S-05 I am used to but is this to be expected or should I give it a stir?

The only time I used S33 it went like a rocket but then I used 2 packs in 30l. I wouldn't say it was all that "belgian". Too late for the OP, sorry
