When splitting a Whitelabs yeast should I use AMS and DWB liquor salts in the water for the culture or just plain water. Would the yeast multiply better with the salts or not?, The yeast strain is WLP 002 English ale yeast. The yeast is expensive so I dont want to ruin it.
