I bought this kit on impulse from Wilko having had no luck making WOW.

Very simple kit. You opens your can, empty it into the DJ. You dissolves your sugar and add it to the DJ too. Then add yeast.

After the required time, add stabiliser and finings etc. Rack off into bottles. At which stage the instructions say that its ready to drink.

Hoho.

Lets just say that straight out of the DJ, if a friend had given me this for free, I would be wondering what I did to offend him. If offered this in a restaurant I would send it back as undrinkable.

Its been in bottles for a month now and due another taste. But as it came out of the DJ I'd hesitate to even use this as a cooking wine.

Yes its cheap.

And yes its nasty.
 
Got to agree, i did a six bottle few weeks back it lacks body and taste better to pay more and i even added a concentrate to it.glenn
