After a bit of reading I thought I'd make a farmhouse beer. I wanted a refreshing cloudy straw coloured beer with a nice thick white head. I wanted it to be a spicy floral dry beer.
So this is what I came up with.
Wilko pilsner 1 can
Light LME 1 can
Wilko wheat beer half a can
Danstar belle saison yeast
Dry hop with styrian golding
It's bubbling away at 29deg
Sg was 1060 and if it gets below 1010 I'll be pleased.
Hopefully it will turn out how I want it too.
