Yeast starter too cold

I made I starter of Wlp007 chilled down to decant and my inkbird. Says -0.2 degrees will those little critters still be OK?
 
I would say the freezing yeast will kill some if not all of the cells, so if it was me, Id make another starter and put what you have in there to both test out if there are still live cells and to grow more if you didnt kill everything
