Recipe here for anyone interested
BIAB method

14L Boil
10L batch
3kg Maris Otter
22gm Columbus at 60 min
15gm Ahtanum at flame out (70 degrees)
Half a grapefruit peel/zest on day 5
Half a grapefruit peel/zest on day 10
15gm Amarillo Dry hop day 10 for 5 days
yeast of choice

Smells wonderful
 
I quite fancy a grapefruit IPA , interested to see how this turns out.
I watched a recent beer tube where they put a litre of frozen grapefruit juice in at flameout.
