A bit of food porn for you chaps. SWMBO is a little fragile tonight so I offered to rustle up some comfort food. She is getting my specialty, a take on a traditional Scottish classic; Mince & Tatties

Double Black Mince & Tatties- Basically traditional mince and tatties but I add a chopped up stick of black pudding, a can of Guinness (no Guinness in stock so chucked in a bottle of my Chocolate & Coffee Stout) and garlic and sage dumplings on top. Should be a cracker :thumb:

That sounds amazing man, will need to cook that sometime.a wee bit of haggis in there and you're rocking and rolling. :cheers:
 
Well it went down a treat, so good in fact that I fell asleep on the couch 20 minutes after whilst watching some pish movie :thumb:
