Hi guys, i will be doing a JB IPA kit soon, i was going to add 454g H&B malt extract, 500g dextrose, us-05 yeast, would 70g challenger hops work for dry hopping or could I use falconer's flight instead coz i do love the tropical bomb taste from them or mosaic etc

25g cascade pellets (in fermenter)
Crossmyloof US Pale ale yeast
50g cascade pellets (dry hopping)

don't think myself you will effect a pimp up on this JB ipa as its one of the darker IPAs and not pimp friendly imo, drinking it now brewed straight with 1KG of youngs beer enhancer 6 weeks kegged quite nice

I do find that darker beers do need a good six weeks or more to mature nicely

I did

JB ipa
500g Dried light extract
500g brewing sugar
15g amarillo and 10g cascade for 3days after primary finished , kegged it and chucked in 25 g each of citra and Centennial

Probably the nicest beer I've ever drunk

I'm drinking a JB IPA now that I used a mystery hop with (the label fell off and I can't for the life of me remember what they were)25g steeped in, just off the boil water for 30m and the tea added to the FV and a 25g dry hop 5 days before bottling and it's absolutely gorgeous.
