Hi, just started brewing did a Beaverdale Barolla about 6 months ago, very pleased with result which has inspired me to brew more wine & beer looking for tips & advice. Now brewing Coopers Austrailian lager, another Barolla and a kenridge shiras. Having got the bug I am now looking at setting up to do some all grain brewing as I am a fan of real ale.
