So, wanted to make something strong, sparkly and fruity, so I came up with this. Just like the strawberry punch, this was at 1.004 after 10 days when racked, and bottled after 17 days. I got 11 x 284ml bottles out of it, and used 1tsp per bottle, so it is very fizzy and needs to be chilled. It comes out at about 11.5%. Dry and very fruity, this goes down far too easily for its strength. The cherry dominates the apple, but that isn't a bad thing.
3L ASDA apple juice =113*3g = 339g sugar
1 bottle lowicz cherry = 374g sugar
2 bag 1 cup strong tea
1 tsp yeast nutrient
1.5tsp super wine yeast compound
1tsp glycerine
0.5 tsp pectolase
Total sugar is 713g
