Just been into my local co-op and found they were selling packs of rhubarb for 30p per pack. So I bought a load and now I am wondering what to make. I might make both depending on what people say.

I want to make a gallon of either or both. So I am wanting to know recipes for both if possible.

Cheers for that :thumb:

Decided mead might be a bit too much for me at the mo. Will give Rhubarb wine a whack and see what happens. Although I walked into the co-op and found this

Which looks oddly like them plastic demijohns hmmm :wha:

Me thinks a quick mod and we have a working fermenter

lol awesome. I looked at it and though JACKPOT

That saved me some pennies ;) just cut the rhubarb up and am about to freeze it. I have a bunch of cherries that I got from the local market but don't know what to do with them. Should I whack them in ym wine?

Really wish the chat room was open so I don't have to spam the forum :(

If I did the cherries would I need campden tabs for them? Or should I wash them, cut them, remove the stones and just throw them in like that? I don't want a massive over the top cherry taste.
