Yeast quantity.

I am about to make some wow (1 gallon), the wine yeast sachet is 5g. Do I bung the lot in or just half, I also have yeast nutrient to add (1 teaspoon) I think.

we split an 11 g packet between 2 demijohns so 5g is about right for 1 gallon
