Last night I got this on the go.

I still had problems with a stuck mash due to the amount of corn I used and dont really think there's a way around this.

2.00 kg Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 44.9 %
1.50 kg Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (3.0 SRM) Grain 33.7 %
0.50 kg Corn Flakes (1.3 SRM) Grain 11.2 %
40.00 gm Saaz [3.20%] (90 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 16.6 IBU
15.00 gm Cascade [7.60%] (90 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 13.3 IBU
40.00 gm Saaz [3.20%] (10 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -
0.45 kg Invert Sugar (0.0 SRM) Sugar 10.1 %
2 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale

Decoction Mash

Boiled 3.5L of wort and added this back to the mash after 30mins

Only had to use one full kettle to bring the temp up to 66 degrees

Ended up with a gravity of 1.054

Seems I loose around 2L, which is okay coz you wouldnt want this going into the FV

22L of a Pilsner style beer using 2 packs of Nottingham yeast at low temps
