First off we are talking paper not ebooks!

I've picked up some ebooks but they are no substitute for a proper book, OK so I'm an old Luddite:-)

I'll get Wheelers book when I can but I'd really like something on Lagers but preferably not from the US because they use ingredients we can't get and seem to be addicted to LME.

So what can you recommend gent's?

Many Thanks. Aamcle

Greg Noonan - New Brewing Lager Beer

OK it's from the US, but really tells you how to brew Lager
