I just wanted to post a quick introduction and say hello.
My in-laws have an apple tree in Lancashire, UK and for the last 3 years we have successfully made cider with a homemade press. We are very inexperienced and have been learning as we go with books, guides and by consulting Dr Google.
This year we have tried a more natural method and I have some questions, I came across this forum and hoped I would be able to get some valuable advice, there is so much conflicting information out there.
