So tomorrow is the big day!

All the apples are washed, everything is sterilised and ready to start pressing.

Somehow ended up with 260kg of apples in the end after a mate from work rocked up with a boot load of cooking apples for me.
A LOT more that i was originally expecting

Anyone care to impart some final tips before i get started?

There we go, 20 gallons of apple juice all pressed! I'm knackered!!!

Leaving it till tomorrow afternoon while the camden tablets to do there thing, then will pitch the yeast.
SG came out at 1.055, I'm quite happy with that so will leave it there.

Still have a good 50-60kg of apples left, but i've not got it in me to press anymore. Gonna chuck them in the freezer for a rainy day :)
