Beaverdale Chalbis Blush, 6bottle kit

Followed the instructions to the letter
got initial readings of 1080 and a final of 996-997
As a first time 6 bottle kit am very happy with the experience and procedure.

Leaves you scratching your head if you want to diverse in to your own brews..but research im finding is Key..

Also Air lock on the Plastic demi thats supplied is a bit weak, learnt a tip to apply vaseoline(other petroleum jelly based products are available) around to make the seal more air tight.

also have to supply some bottles and corks and a corker.. so not a complete kit by far.
Taste wise it is drinkable from completion, but as so many people say waiting also has its advantages, so got 4 1/2 bottles. 1/2 got drunk 4 in the garage for taste test at a later stage.

Bottled - Beaverdale Chablis Blush
Fermenting - Rhubarb, strawberry
