I was given a load of brewing equipment in about 1990. This being pre Internet I had no idea what I was doing. Looking back I now know it was an all grain setup but with no instructions my first attempt at brewing was a disaster. Having been put off I handed the kit over to a friend who had far more success than me. Fast forward and a few years ago my wife bought me a balihoo beginners kit which I have used over the years to brew some decent tasting kit beers. Time to step it up so with input from you lot Iââ¬â¢m hoping to return to all grain but this time, hopefully, with some success.
