wouldn't describe it as curdled but I did have an issue with it. Fermented out really quickly (about 6 days) and left a mass of pulp at the bottom. Also had a funny after taste.
Left it for 4 weeks and it was really pleasant. :?
Not too knowledgeable about any of this but did find it odd that the juice contained carrots and wondered if that might have something to do with it???
Curdled? Is it possible to post a photo so we can see what it looks like? Some juice wines form up loads of cruddy looking stuff and it can sit at the top or move like a volcano, either way it's probably fine and will settle down after fermentation.
