Bit of a cheat this cos I've not made it yet! It's a sort of Belgian IPA with 24% wheat malt, and the Belgian dried yeast T58. Citra and Centennial aroma hops. Someone give it a go and let me know! :-)

White IPA

Batch Size (L): 10.0
Original Gravity (OG): 1.050
Final Gravity (FG): 1.009
Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 5.32 %
Bitterness (IBU): 52.8

Grain Bill
----------------
1.500 kg Lager Malt (72.29%)
0.500 kg Wheat Malt (24.1%)
0.075 kg Dextrose (3.61%)

Hop Bill
----------------
12.0 g Columbus Leaf (17.1% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil) (1.2 g/L)
10.0 g Centennial Leaf (13.5% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Aroma) (1 g/L)
10.0 g Citra Leaf (14.4% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Aroma) (1 g/L)

Misc Bill

Mash at 66°C for 60 Minutes.
Ferment at 19°C with Safbrew T-58
