It's my birthday today and have just been given an inkbird controller and a promise of a dedicated fridge for brewing in :thumb:. I seem to remember seeing somewhere that a freezer might be more economical to both buy and use and may have more internal space so just wanted to check what people recommend if they had the choice of a new one? Also any recommendations for heating?
I normally brew 23 litre batches or less usually English ales but shall also be trying the odd lager once set up .
