Hi everyone has anybody ever made the California Connoisseur - Sauvignon Blanc 5 gallon Wine Kit I have one ready to make up but I was just wandering what it's like how easy it is to make is there any special tips that anyone could give me.

Just follow the instructions, the CC kits give good clear instructions and as long as you follow them then you should end up with a decent wine. Don't be concerned about the wine fermenting out to fast or to slow, this will be temperature dependent and instead use gravity readings to base your decisions on as to whether to proceed to the next step or not, at the end of the day there is no rush as it will improve with some aging.
