it was on another forum that came up through google
as for the keg a mate works for a brewery so can get any unwanted ones

i thought a sankey was just a commercial keg but mine is not the same as any ive found on the net
Not quite sure what to say about this.
I'm not sure any respectable brewery would allow their employees to take home "unwanted" kegs, as removing the spear incorrectly can take your head off (assuming it's the spring-loaded type). Or your hand, or any other body part you're attached to.
In all the Brewery companies I have worked for, old kegs will go to a scrap dealer licensed to safely dispose of kegs.

@Headlands I had my concerns about where he got the keg so asked the question above i agree with you and @MyQul has also brought it up in the mods area, thread closed and OP deleted.
