Brewed some cider from concentrate, everything thing has been fine, yeast pitched at right temp, sg started at 1045 and brewed out to just 1.004. Took 2 weeks to calm down.

Racked into another fv and waited a week. Racked into a third with priming sugar ready to bottle.

I bottled into 1 litre pet bottles and after 3 weeks it is really clear, but;

I can see resultent yeast at the bottom due to priming but theres also a swirl of mist of "something" like a cloud twirling around when i pick the bottle up????

Will cold crashing it harden up the deposits or this fine mist? I know when i open the bottles the co2 will bubble up and worried the crud will get into the cider

Any help please?

Aye - chilling it right down will help keep any yeasties down the bottom and help them firm up.
