Hey guy's,
i want to try my hand at infused vodka using orange peels in a jam jar.
Has anyone done this before? Can you offer me any tips, do i need to add sugar?:wha:

Yep, I've done vodka infusions with orange peel and a mix of vanilla pods and cacao nibs. I used kilner jars. Never added any sugar. Depending on what yr extracting, keep tasting to make sure you don't extract bittering flavours (this can be an issue with cacao nibs)

Here's me update.,
I did orange peel in a jam jar filled it with vodka, shook the jar twice a day and on day 4 poured it through a seive into a glass and mixed it with lemonade. It tasted like gin. So i gave to the missus lol she loved it. :drink:
