How do I use this yeast from a brewery??

Hi Guys,

Well I have been kindly given a fair amount of yeast from a brewery but I am unsure how much of it to use.

Heres a piccy of the bottles:-

I was going to decant the wort on top of the yeasty sludge and just pitch about half of it (approx 500ml) but then I dont really know whats whats best. Dont want to over or under pitch plus should I wash it and if so how?

Also its been kept at 5c for about 4-5 days now so would I need to just warm it up before pitching or should I just get a small amount (50mlish) and use my stir plate to make a fresh starter.

Sorry for all the Q's but want to get this one right!

edit - the bottles are more settled now as they had a long trip to get to my place and the yeast/trub is quite dark in colour.

Pour off the top and use about 100ml of the slurry to pitch per batch of beer.
 
No need to seperate trub or make a starter then? And only 100ml! Sorted I beter start decanting into containers then. Do you know how long it will be ok for in the fridge before I have to start making starters with it?
