I'm planning on my next kit being a Belgian-style witbier.

I'm thinking of:

* Coopers Brewmaster Wheat Beer kit
* 1kg spray/dried LME
* Brupaks Curacao Orange Peel
* Safbrew WB-06 wheat yeast

How does that sound?

And is the Curacao Orange Peel worthwhile or should I leave that out?

Thanks

Jim

If you are going for a Belgian style then I would keep the orange peel, and add in some cracked coriander seeds too.

I've used Safbrew WB-06 on a number of occasions and I think is a great yeast. Keep the fermentation temp in the 20's to really get those banana's and cloves. :thumb:

Heres what i did to turn a kit into a wheat beer:Clicky

I prob would up the corriander next time though, and a wheat kit instead of a lager kit would make it better!
