Did you not find that there was an unbelievable amount of condensation on your kitchen walls & ceiling? This was the reason I had to move my brewing kit out onto the front porch, built a small gravity stand from an old bed frame (HLT & Boiler both fitted with electric elements). If you have a secret on how to cut down condensation, please share
