Falconers Flight Vs FF 7c's for dry/tea hop?

I love these blended hop pellets for my American IPA' stylee brews.
But just cannot make my mind up which is more floral/citrussy,,,,

Two packets open now and sniff, sniff, taste,,,, I'm now just starting to wonder If my nose/palate is so **** and uneducated I cannot sense the fek'n difference :doh:

Anyone brewed a side to side comparison that can advise for either dry/tea?

in a dry hop situation the FF7C isn't very dramatic and rather disappointing imo when ive used it as such.if you have a better success with it let us know

I've used them both and they are very similar. I think the 7Cs blend has a bit more citrus notes, while the original blend is a bit more generic. Both are lovely though.

Ok, trying 50g /23l dry hop FF. Then can adjust with 10g cascade hop tea if I need to get more aroma.
Worth an experiment if nowt else. Cheers everyone:smile:

I don't think you'll be disappointed. I did a 63g dry hop with FF in my last double IPA (as well as 137g total of Centennial, Citra and Amarillo), and its the best beer I've made.

Methinks Amarillo is the dogs DooDah for dry hopping even better than citra

I have to agree. The last black IPA I did I split into four for four different dry hops; one piney, one herbal/dank, and two citrussy. The Amarillo one was the best by far. For sure I'll be getting 250g of it on my next Crossmyloof order.
