Default Calendar

Just looked through my brewdiary spreadsheet to see if I make particular things at particular times of the year
Like, obv, all the berry stuff is in late summer/autumn, parsnip carrot etc after first frost, dandelion and nettle when they flower.
But, turns out, thanks to the modern freezer, it's all over the place.
Except for the dandelion and nettle.

I'm a bit like you with the berries. I tend to freeze them and then forget they are there. Then think, I must use them before the next crop come about.

Next Spring I'm gonna give an Oak leaf and Oak Bud a whirl.....it doesn't sound nice, but it might be surprising.
