About to bottle a clone of this. No idea how close it will be so fingers crossed. Lovely beer not had for a while.

I recently brewed Sara Carter's Jaipur clone. Unfortunately I've now finished the last bottle because I and others too thought it was better than the real thing.

It was a little slow. Took a while to carb up fully, probably because I crash chilled it I do find that seems to slow the yeast down to get going again.
