well im was off work today so i decided to do my Iffits brew (basically its named that because i wanted to use up any grains hops etc !!!

3kg Pale maris otter
400g crushed chocolate
250g torrified malt
500g crushed caramalt
500g crushed amber malt
400g dark spray malt
Tucked up for 90 min
1st runnings
The hops 60g Fuggles 60min
45g Goldings 30min
50g hallertau 15min

The second runnings
The og 1045 nice and dark hope it turns out well
