Which mash tun?

Hi!
Would a 40 litre Buffalo be more flexible? Insulate it with a couple of exercise mats and you have the basis of a RIMS outfit, if you want to go down that route at some later date.
 
I got mine from the range back in the summer. I think it's 30l maybe 40l. I do 25litre brews and it's about half full. Reckon I could squeeze 40 out of it no bother. 22quid I think it was. Holds temp no problem, even out in the shed at sub zero temperatures.

Looking to get 2 56l boilers aswell so i could convert 1 of them if need be or use a herms coil
