Hi all,
just after a bit of info on this .I made a gallon about 2 weeks ago using the dry sugar extraction method,fermenting well but not sure if the colour of this is right. It resembles pink lemonade ,should it be or have i done something wrong? :hmm: :wha:

Sounds exactly like mine did.

The pink will fall out after the fermentation completes. Atm mine is a very pale white, might need another does of finings but I'm gonna leave it a few weeks.
 
just right - AMAZING WINE!!!

I'll have to wait until next year to make my own - will be begging Father for some
 
I just cracked open a bottle from last june (only two left :( ) really good, light in colour :thumb: I have two dj`s of rhubarb and orange from last year ready for bottling after a years storage ;)
