Tomorrow I plan to make an English Saison (with MO as I have no other base grains!) plus at the same time mash some MO to add to two different kits, Brewmaker Scottish Heavy and their Strong English Bitter. This will give me three brews all going at the same time in one day. These will be added to the John Bull IPA that is fermenting and the Ghost Dance AG beer that I am moving to the bottling barrell tonight. Bring it on!
