I'm new to home brewing and was wondering if anyone has a muntons 15 bottle wine fermenter, I was brought one for my birthday at the weekend and it has very little information with it. It seems to be a do it all in one pot job but I just wondered if anyone has successfully made any wine in theirs and how easy it was to use and what the outcome was.

I have seen those fermenters but never used one. They seem to be designed for the Muntons range of kits which are slightly smaller than a lot of the kits on the market, so if you use other kits they will not fit in that fermenter. What I do note is that without another fermenter/bucket it will be difficult to degass and clear the wine without racking to another container. I would suggest you get a 25lt screw top fermenter and start the brew in that. Then rack into your 15lt one to degass and clear. Then bottle.
