What a great boil!! First time I saw a boil over in a long time...lol
Not a lot of protein this time..

Got the Dj's cleaned and sterilised..near the time the bubblers and all the guvvins will be sorted...
Trial sample lovely..but not o lot of hops aroma, bit bitterness...
Great colour :-)
Looking fwd to this...

The day has arrived...
Didn't have rack the PA due a SS brewbucket.
Measuring the hops was hard...but the first goldings is leaf!!
One hand & not a wide mouth funnel is going to a PITA...the other two are pellet.
As you can see on the pics...the two pellet one were easier than the leafed one...
I forgot how long to leaf before I rack it off??
Quite exiting tbh! (Don't get out much lol)
Any probs, suggestions or something I didn't do, just shout out...ya know what I like..
Can't wait to bottle them and get the results..
Now have to research the format to review the taste etc...coz me n coms isn't my strong point! Lol

Think I couldn't get the fist golding in pellet from malt Miller...but I don't check I think...he he!
