Thought for a quick fix, 1 litre of lidls cranberry (no added sweetners) and a litre of red grape. Should give rose type.
850g added sugar, disolved and 1tsp of powder tannin added. Poured juices into dj, added 1/2 tsp of citric and pectolase. 1 heaped tsp of dap nutrient and sprinkle of harris premium yeast.
Total sugar was 1120g so around 12-12.2% abv, bit lower if racked and topped up.
Picked up a couple more dj's today ��ã3 for both :).
