Anybody else tried out the new Brulosophy podcast which was published last week?

Some interesting discussion about trub from the boil kettle into the fermenter.

I've tried other podcasts and found there is just too much boring small talk not brewing related. I really enjoyed this new one though.

Yeah I enjoyed it, I linked it on a thread about trub on here and people were annoyed at the woffle xD

Compared to the other available podcasts, this is seriously low waffle!!

As someone who has been straining my kettle trub out, I think next time I'll try not bothering. As they mention, my strained wort tends to take 24hrs or so for fermentation to get going.

I'm just listening now. The first 9 minutes are pure waffle, but after that its good.
