Just a question for the experts

I have brewed a peroni clone along with MJ 84 yeast
Fermenting well but wondered as I am using a SS brewtech chronical is all the yeast concentrated in the bottom of the Fv in the bend and against the butterfly valve. Will this affect the ability of the yeast to work properly.
Also I assume I cannot trub dump during fermentation for fear of losing the active yeast.
May be a stupid question but any advice will be appreciated.
