:whistle:I've got a Yorkshire bitter (Wilkos kit) that finished fermenting on Wednesday, so I added 37 gms of Fuggles to dry hop the bitter. The problem I've got is I go away while next Friday so do I fish the hop bag out this afternoon or leave them in while next Friday. having read some posts on here leaving it to long might impart off flavours.A quick reply would be appreciated as I go away at 2.00pm.:whistle::whistle:

I wouldn't have thought two days is enough for the hops to give up their goodness, so I would leave it until next Friday. I'm sure the extra two days over the rule of thumb max of 7 days will be fine, plus I am sure others on here do leave hops longer than 7 days.

I've ended up doing a 15 day dry hop once before due to other things cropping up and not having time to bottle (I throw my hops in, rather than put them in a bag so just removing them isn't an option).

The beer ended up tasting fine.:thumb:
