I am planing to plant a couple of hop varieties to grow up against my garage. I am thinking along the lines of Early Bird EKG and Cascade. Has anybody got any recommendations or thoughts on this. Would these two varieties complement each other? I will be using them for dry hopping.

What style beers do you normally brew?
I'm not sure that those two will "compliment" each other, but I have seen recipes combining them and it is up to your personal tastes which hops you use in which beers.
I have goldings and sterling growing in my back yard.
