Guys

I am experimenting at the moment regarding juice ciders and was wondering whats your best juice cider to make if you have done this?

Looking at getting juice from the supermarket, and would I be betting the best yeast would be a good cider strong yeast ?

Thanks in advance 😉

Helo cyd-Gymro,

I use any pure pressed apple juice, not from concentrate if possible (where price isn't the issue). Most are made from dessert apples, so you may need to adjust the acidity. I use dried active yeast because a high alcohol content isn't usually the desired outcome. I use VinClasse DAY, which I've had on the shelf for over a year and it's still viable.
