Hi Folks,
Been brewing kits for a couple of years now, some succeses some failures  Have found this forum a great way to widen my knowledge and get great tips and advice , keep it up, you've no idea how much it helps us newbies. Built my first kegerator this year which has really enhanced my pints of brew, would recommend trying it out great fun and easy to do. The wish me luck part lol. Bought the craft range Czech pilsner with a true pilsner yeast. Tried lagers before didn't even know it wasnt lager yeast till I read about it on here and was also tryin to barrel it which seems a no no. so wish me luck lol. Seems to be doin well so far still a fair bit of activety day 4, sitting at 14 degrees. In the keg I,m waiting on my American IPA, another couple of days yeha.
Cheers
