Hi all,
My thing is fruit wines really, but do brew same beer, mainly Muntons old english bitter. which i do like. what i was looking for was opinions on other beer kits of some quality.
Also any thoughts on a fruit that might go with pear well.
Im just in process of a rhubarb n rasberry wine which on first tasting is nice. rhubarb is an old fav of mine.
i like to grow and make fruit wines from gargen.
ok thats a stop now or ill be going on and on.
ohhhhhhhhhh where can i get bottle crates from lol.

Hiya, if you are open to more new world hoppy style beers the Youngs American style kits have got pretty good reviews and would be worth checking out, Woodfordes Wherry is a firm forum favourite but you will probably need a replacement ale yeast as it's renowned for sticking at the dreaded 1.020.
