Hey

I am trying to come up with a large batch of easy to drink cider made similar to turbo cider.

So how to I get a sweeter taste that doesn't have that yeasty essence and is just easy as a good session drink that won't irritate your throat after a few.

Cheers :)

Out of curiousity, why add the tannin after fermenting? How will the result differ to if it were added before fermentation?

Thanks

How much splenda and tannin should I add to 24 litres and what is S02 ?

Thanks :)

Thank you :D

Sorry for yet another question still a noobs but how do I get a hold of sodium dioxide and what is it for ?

Sulphur Dioxide is what is produced when you add Campden tablets.
It is an anti-oxident and preservative.
The ideal doseage is 1 per 4.54 litres.
I use 5 in 24 litres, a little under.
