Hi all, I'm just about to fill a corny keg and a handful of bottles from the fermentation vat. I have a brew fridge I can control, what's the ideal temperature to condition the keg and bottles at? Should I do them separately?

I'll be using co2 with keg and priming sugar with bottles.

Cheers

The keg needs to be as cold as possible but not freezing, that way the CO2 will dissolve into the beer better, the bottles just need to be kept warm 19-20C but a bit cooler won't hurt them at all, 2,2,2 is the rule of thumb so you could keep them a bit cooler for 4 weeks and by then the yeast will have done its thing

id condition at the same temp as you fermented at for 2 or 3 week then drop the temp as much as you can and apply the co2 to get the volume of co2 you want in the keg as for bottles i only realy bottle from the keg
