Cheap Gypsum/Calcium Sulphate

I went to my local Chinese wholesaler (Wing Yip, also nationally located) for some spices and what not, and found Gypsum (aka Calcium Sulphate) at 29p per 100g.
Worth checking your local Chinese store when you're running low

It's weird, my local Calcium Sulphate shop has started selling Peking Duck and Chillie Fried Chicken - what are the odds? :hmm:

If I hadn't of spent Â£50 on spices I'd have had one of their Chinese fast food roasted ducks too....hmmmmm...licks lips
